I was a first time home buyer in a tough and aggressive market in Los Angeles. It did not help that I knew NOTHING about the whole home-buying process. When I first met with Ulric, he didn’t inundate me with all the intimidating factors about the process. Instead, he had a very simple yet relatable approach. He asked me what my expectations are and was very aware and patient in managing that throughout. What I appreciated most about him as an agent is he ALWAYS picked up the phone and always broke down his answers to all my questions in a way that a normal person would understand. He is also very solution driven and was so quick to pivot when things didn’t turn out as planned.
Home buying is very intimidating and daunting. The main thing I’ve learned through this process is that It is extremely important to be able to trust your realtor. It is crucial that you feel that he/she is after your best interest and is not just after the sale. Ulric was exactly that.
The process gets really stressful and so many things could go wrong, but as long as you have someone experienced who quarterbacks the process, it can also be highly rewarding. Ulric gave advice, was my main go-to, obviously fixed all the paperwork, and saw the process till the end but he was also a friend through it all, and made sure I got the help I needed even after I moved in. His service doesn’t end after you sign the deal, that’s for sure!!

Ulric hands down was one of the best realtors we have worked with over the past 3 houses. His dedication to his clients really showed as he treated us as family. Because we were also in the process of moving out of state, Ulric stepped in and went out of his way to make sure we could move out and not have to come back and clean up. or dispose of left items. Ulric even did a donation run for us for all the left furniture and garage item, as they didn't fit in the UHaul. Without Ulrics help we would have had to fly back to California and do a final clear out.

Look no further people. Mr. Ulric is my real estate agent, for selling and purchasing a new home. He is very professional at what he does. Very helpful and patient. With the way todays house market is with low inventory and a lot of competition. He was always positive. When ever my wife and I wanted to see a house he was on it. We probably looked at 25 + homes. In the area of orange county. He helped us find our dream home. He gave us really great advices during the whole process.
